Emily Gayle Aitken, Founder
Emily Gayle Aitken is an experienced business leader and entrepreneur. With over 20 years experience leading teams in technology companies, start ups and professional associations, she has introduced programs and led change initiatives and increase diversity in STEM professions such as engineering and supply chain. She has led mentoring and diversity programs for university schools, interns and experienced professionals.
As a partner in an architectural services practice, she gained new clients and increased year-over-year profitability.
An active volunteer, she has been active in local political riding associations, volunteered with arts and culture organizations, and served on financial management boards in faith-based communities.
Active in the Toronto business communications, social media and digital marketing for many years, she is recognized for being outspoken about the need for diversity in STEM, for continuous learning and for equitable diversity in technology and start up communities.
Her mission, since relocating to her home town of London Ontario, is to work towards achieving equitable leadership in companies, especially in the technology sector and to provide resources and community for individuals to develop to their full leadership potential.
